Our standard package includes a year’s worth of story prompts for one storyteller, unlimited collaborators, and one credit for one color-printed hardcover book (up to 200 pages). Shipping in the United States is included in the purchase price.

You can buy additional copies of your book for $69 each.

Why is is there a subscription?

Our standard package includes one full year of access to our platform, including all the features that allow you to collect stories. If you want to keep collecting stories after the first year, you can renew your subscription ($99/year or $12/month) to record new memories and create new books.

But don't worry - you don't have to renew. Even with an inactive subscription, you can still view all of your family's recordings, each of which can be downloaded at any time.

What if Remento goes out of business?

That's certainly not our plan! However, your precious memories documented on Remento are too precious to risk. That's why we make it so easy to download any of your recordings, photos, or written stories from our website at any time. This way you can save them locally on your favorite device, or add them up on your family's cloud storage account (e.g., Google Drive, iCloud, DropBox etc.). You can learn more about our commitment to protecting your data here.

What exactly gets printed in the book?

Remento’s transforms transcripts of a storyteller’s recordings into writing based on your preference. Select either cleaned-up transcripts (i.e., “ums” and “ahs” removed) or let Remento’s Speech-To-Story™ technology turn their reflections into a beautifully written story.

Where does Remento ship?

Shipping in the United States is included in your purchase price. For an additional fee, Remento can also ship books to Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand. Learn more here.

Of course! You can download your recordings at any time.

How do my stories get written?

Remento’s automated Speech-to-Story technology processes the transcripts of your recordings based on your preference. For any story, you can either select to have a “cleaned transcript” printed in your book - meaning Remento won’t change the structure or words you use when speaking. Or, Remento can restructure your words and turn them into a polished written narrative, written in either the first or third person. Either way, you’ll be able to change your mind and can always edit the text however you see fit.

What exactly is included?

What happens after a year of recording stories?

At any point during your year-long subscription to Remento, you'll have the chance to turn your written stories and photos into a book. Your purchase includes one color-printed book, and additional copies can be ordered for a fee.



After a year, you can either renew or cancel your subscription. By renewing, you'll be able to continue recording new stories and creating new books. But don't worry - if you don't renew, you can still view all of your family's recordings and download any video or photo from our website at any time.
